When we take on a new Website Design project we follow a strict process that starts with the brief. What happens next?
Discovery
A Custom Build starts with a discovery call over live video. During this free consultation we find out what’s important to you and to your business. A website is such an import marketing tool and it’s important that we understand the impact and the return that you want your site to deliver, as well as the functionality, branding, colours and styles.

Quote Acceptance
Once we have written the scope we will provide it to you via email. You can review this scope in detail and accept the quote online.

Work Commencement
Once all the above steps are completed our web designers will begin designing your amazing website. If it is a rebuild or upgrade we ask you do not modify, change, enter or edit your Wix Site until it has been handed over as completed. This is because some of our work may be not ready and if you publish changes you make, it could affect site functionality.
Backup & Support
Our Support plans ensure your stunning new website stays that way. We will provide content updates, phone & email support and more. Make sure you note to our team that you would like us to help manage your new website.
This is where we need you to play your part in helping us create an amazing site. Collecting this information early in the process ensures we get everything we need to ensure a seamless hand over and delivery. We will ask for all your content, imagery and logo, all of which will inspire our design.
Scoping
Now our web designers create the best package and solution to meet the needs of your business. We’ll provide a detailed and fully transparent quote that explains exactly what will build, and what we will do to make your aspirations a reality.
Deposit Invoice
Once you have accepted the quote we will send you the deposit invoice. Our deposit is 80% of the quote prior to work commencing on your site. 20% is held back until you are satisfied.
Contributor Access
This isn’t required for a brand new website, but if we are rebuilding your current site, we will request contributor access. This is really important and means we can get the job done on your behalf. Work cannot commence until this has happened.
Hand Over
Upon our completion of your website design we will hand over our work to you. Upon this you will also be provided with the final deposit invoice.
